Class Description
A blend of yoga flow, stretching and functional fitness to easily add strength and mobility. This class offers moderate intensity, allowing you to choose whether you lower it down or raise it up. Expect a full body experience. It begins with an extended spinal warm-up to awaken your body's message center, next come your feet. Feet, for those who have them, are your foundation. Props, such as blocks, sliders and resistance bands, are used to promote gait stability and mobility. Familiar yoga props are offered throughout each class, bolsters, yoga straps, walls, but my goal for this class is that you find some beneficial activities you are able to practice anywhere!
